The symposium, created by Alain Feuillu and dedicated to critical care testing and blood gases, was held in Biarritz on 10 and 11 June 2021, between two waves of COVID-19 and in person after much uncertainty.

More than 330 participants were finally able to meet face-to-face to exchange with the best national and international specialists in Critical Care Biology or "Critical Care Testing". You can findthe presentations and photos from Biarritz here.

We hope that this "crisis" symposium has met your expectations and we look forward to seeing you in 2024 for the 9th International Symposium "Critical Care Testing and Blood Gases" with a return to Alain Feuillu's land in Saint-Malo.

Scientific program

The architecture of the program according to the progression that we have already proposed to you, starting with from clinical needs in critical situations, continuing with technological innovations and ending with and ending with organisational and quality management solutions, seems essential to us and will be maintained with and will be maintained with the 3 sessions planned on Thursday and Friday.

A round table on the "hot" topic of developments in off-site biology and screening tests - self-tests in 2024 and following the lessons learned from the health crisis will allow a constructive discussion with representatives of the supervisory authorities and professional organisations.
